Privacy Policy
Effective August 25, 2026This policy explains what information this website collects, how it is used, and the choices you have. Vedennius is a business-to-business services company in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This site is a marketing site: it has no accounts, no store, and no payment processing.
1. Who we are
Vedennius ("we", "us") designs, builds, and operates AI systems for businesses. You can reach us about anything in this policy at privacy@vedennius.com or hello@vedennius.com.
This policy covers this website only. Information we handle on behalf of a client under a signed services agreement is governed by that agreement; see AI & Data Practices for how we approach client material.
2. What we collect
Information you choose to send us
If you use the contact form or email us, we receive whatever you put in the message. The form asks for:
- Your name
- An email address or phone number
- Your business name (optional)
- A free-text description of what you are trying to fix (optional)
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive information such as government identification numbers, financial account numbers, or health information.
Information collected automatically by our host
This site is hosted by a third-party infrastructure provider. Like essentially all web hosts, it records standard server log information when a page is requested, which can include your IP address, browser type and version, the page requested, the referring page, and a timestamp. This is used to deliver the site, keep it secure, and diagnose faults.
How the contact form actually works
The form on our contact page does not submit to a server we control. When you press the button, your browser opens a pre-filled message in your own email application. Nothing reaches us unless you then send that message yourself, and it arrives as ordinary email from your own email account. Like all ordinary email, it is not encrypted end to end in transit. Please do not send confidential material this way.
3. How we use it
- To reply to your inquiry and to have the follow-up conversation you asked for
- To prepare and deliver a systems audit or proposal you requested
- To keep records of our business correspondence
- To operate, secure, and troubleshoot the website
We do not use the information you send us to build advertising profiles, and we do not send unsolicited marketing to addresses harvested from this site.
4. Who we share it with
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We share it only with the categories of service providers we need in order to operate:
- Website hosting and infrastructure providers, which process server log data in order to serve the site
- Email and productivity providers, which carry and store our business correspondence
We may also disclose information where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to establish or defend legal claims, or to protect the safety of any person.
5. Cookies and similar technologies
This site does not use advertising cookies, analytics cookies, tracking pixels, session-replay tools, or third-party chat widgets. Our hosting provider may set strictly necessary cookies used to route requests and protect the site from abuse.
If we add analytics in the future, we will update this section and the two disclosures below before it goes live.
6. Do Not Track
Some browsers can send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because we do not track visitors across third-party websites or over time, there is nothing for such a signal to switch off here, and we do not respond to it differently. We also do not currently detect or act on Global Privacy Control signals, because we do not sell or share personal information.
7. Third-party collection on this site
No third parties collect personal information about your online activities over time and across different websites when you visit this site.
8. Reviewing, correcting, or deleting what you sent us
Regardless of whether any particular privacy statute applies to a business of our size, we will honor reasonable requests from anyone who has contacted us. Email privacy@vedennius.com and ask us to:
- Tell you what information we hold from your correspondence with us
- Correct something that is wrong
- Delete it
We will respond within a reasonable period, ordinarily within 30 days. We may need to confirm you are the person who sent the original message before we act. We may keep information we are required to keep, or that we need in order to establish or defend a legal claim.
9. How long we keep it
We keep business correspondence for as long as it is useful for the relationship and for our ordinary record-keeping, and then dispose of it. We do not maintain a marketing database built from website visitors.
10. Security
We use commercially reasonable measures to protect the information we hold, including access controls on our email and document systems and reputable providers for hosting and email. No method of transmission over the internet or of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Where a security incident triggers a notification obligation, we will provide notice as required by applicable law.
11. Children
This site is directed to businesses and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
12. Where we operate
Vedennius is based in Texas, and this website and our services are directed to businesses in the United States. We do not offer our services to individuals in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, and this site is not aimed at visitors there. Information you send us is processed in the United States.
13. Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we will post the revised version on this page and update the effective date at the top. If the change is material, we will note it prominently at the top of this page for at least 30 days. The version posted here is always the one in effect; please check back before sending us anything you would want handled differently.
