By accessing or using this website you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. What this site is
This site is informational. It describes services Vedennius offers. Nothing on it is an offer, a quotation, a price commitment, or a guarantee of availability or results.
3. No contract is formed here
Submitting the contact form, emailing us, or booking a systems audit does not create a contract for services and does not obligate either of us to proceed. Any engagement is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement signed by both parties, which will control over anything stated on this site if the two ever conflict.
4. No professional advice
Content on this site, including anything we write about privacy, accessibility, telecommunications, or artificial-intelligence regulation, is general information about how we build systems. It is not legal, financial, tax, or other professional advice, and it does not create a professional relationship of any kind. Consult your own qualified advisers about your particular situation.
5. Intellectual property
The site and its contents, including text, design, graphics, the Vedennius name and mark, and the technical illustrations, are owned by Vedennius or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. You may view and print pages for your own evaluation of our services. You may not copy, republish, sell, or create derivative works from the site's content, or use our name or mark, without our prior written permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this site or these terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
13. Severability and entire agreement
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, the rest remain in effect. These terms are the entire agreement between you and Vedennius regarding the website, and supersede any prior understanding about it.
